1- If a person observes or has knowledge of irregularities in the morals or vision of the Manna Church, he/she has the right to file a complaint with the Manna Ombudsman.

2 – The filing of the complaint is subject to the following requirements

a) Anonymity on the part of the person lodging the complaint is not permitted.
b) The complainant must present 2 or 3 witnesses according to I Timothy 5:19.

3 –The complaint will be accepted only on the official form created for this purpose.

4 – The complainant must clearly identify him/herself so that he/she can be contacted to make a statement when the proceedings are initiated.

5 – If the complainant meets all the requirements mentioned above, he/she should then proceed to fill in the form.
